Delivered to meet the short, medium and long-term priorities for a modernised regional rail network, in partnership with the Federal Government as part of Victoria’s Big Build. This includes new and upgraded stations, additional platforms, new and extended crossing loops and duplicated track, signalling systems upgrades, new car parking spaces, around 200 level crossing upgrades, level crossing removals, plus modern VLocity trains and hundreds of new services.
